Our Story
For donut's sake, what a ride!
It all began in 2021, with a wish to bring the donuts of childhood back into a contemporary, urban world — and to make them even better than in those first memories.
In the Berliner laboratory, the donuts are made every day from slow-proofed dough, then filled with fine patisserie creams from carefully selected ingredients: pistachio or vanilla paste, single-origin chocolate and real fruit purées.
Since March 2023, Berliner invites you to the flagship shop in the heart of Bucharest, where you can enjoy the total taste experience: fresh donuts and specialty coffee.
